Moraira

This traditional Spanish villa is located less than 3 kilometers from the center and the main beach of Moraira and can be reached on foot because of the almost flat roads to it. The villa is distributed over 3 floors. On the general living area there is a spacious lounge with dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the living room and the kitchen provide access to the spacious covered terrace. In addition, there is a barbeque area on the other side of the house. On the top floor is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite which also has access to a large private balcony. On the ground floor there is a second lounge with a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, making it extremely suitable as a guest house. The terrace with swimming pool is also located on the first floor, giving it a lot of privacy.
