The Area
The location is just right: just behind the Arenal. Yes, it's the tourist heart of Jávea. But also the place where you can enjoy salsa nights at Bambula, party late at Achil, or just have a beer and bitterballen at Otra Vez.

If you're looking for more than tapas and tourists, there are also surprisingly good restaurants within walking distance. Think of Tula with a Michelin star, or Tosca for a stylish night out. Or dine at Bohemian with views of the sea and the beautiful Montgo. A promising new hotspot is opening soon here too: BiBi, in the spirit of La Nostra Gigi or Secret Garden in Amsterdam. The boulevard is vibrant and lively.

Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, clothing shops—everything you need is nearby. You get the convenience of a small town, but with the holiday feeling of the beach.

Looking for charming hidden coves? Jávea has plenty, like Granadella, Portitxol, or Cala Blanca. From the apartment, you can walk to Cala Blanca or to the old harbor. There, the boulevard features great restaurants and beautiful shops.

This apartment is so centrally located that everything is nearby. And quite unique for the Costa Blanca: you can do a lot here on foot or by bike. You're not dependent on a car. How nice is that?

The Layout
Inside, it's spacious and well-designed. A bright living room connected to a modern kitchen and a dining area that comfortably seats six. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, large oven, dishwasher, deep drawers, and lots of storage.

There are three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and large enough for double beds. Two fresh, modern bathrooms with marble-look tiles, black accents, and storage-friendly vanities, plus a separate toilet. Everything is well finished—you don't have to do a thing. There's also a separate utility room with a washing machine and boiler.

The large glassed-in naya might be the best spot in the house. In summer, open everything up and enjoy the green, sheltered surroundings. Too warm? Slide open the doors and turn on the air conditioning. You'll have a lovely view. In winter, it becomes a warm sunroom with palm tree views.
